Hold onto your sweats!
I’ve got SIX new versatile and budget-friendly pieces for your wardrobe.
Don’t forget to check out the try-on on Instagram @kayschronicles or Facebook – Kayla Marie Winstead.
There is nothing more I love than connecting with you guys and learning about your stance on meatloaf and your middle school AOL Instant Messenger names.
Look, I know it’s probably Spring for some of you but here in the Midwest it’s still VERY cold with no end in sight.
This chunky, turtleneck sweater is my new favorite. It has a flare sleeve, soft material and fits TTS. I’m wearing a large for an extra oversized look. The rust orange is perfect with a white jean and these boots but it also comes in hunter green, white and black.
Next up is this white button-up bodysuit that will be perfect for all seasons. I wanted a slim-fitting bodysuit for Spring so I can pair it with leggings and skirts from my closet and this piece delivered. Fit is TTS. I’m wearing a medium.
I love the scoop-neck and button detail. BONUS, zero panty-lines. Check out my video on the haul @kayschronicles for proof. This transitional piece will be featured in an upcoming #whichwearwednesday so stay tuned.
This sweater is PERFECT for our chilly transition into Spring and eventually back into Fall. I am very defiant about the fact that we never get a Spring and Iowa just hops straight to summer in late May. Anyways, tangent, I’ll be wearing this until it warms up as featured and then pairing it with my favorite jean shorts when the sun comes to visit.
Such a good price and the material is a little bit lighter weight making it a perfect transitional piece that you can layer when needed. Again, fits TTS and I’m wearing a medium.
Where my soccer mom’s at?! Had to have this windbreaker for the upcoming soccer season and my everyday workouts. I definitely feel like this is a trendier piece so I was completely fine with snagging it at a great price knowing I won’t be able to pass it down to the boys in 30 years.
Loving the chevron pattern (or patter-in as Oliver calls it) and it comes in a variety of fun colors. I honestly had a hard time choosing! What do you think, was magenta a win?
The sizing on this is labeled differently and I took a chance on a US 4 hoping it would be the perfect fit – not too big, not too snug – and it delivered. Don’t you love it when things workout like that? Unlike the barstools I ordered 3 months ago… Max is still unimpressed and I’m on Amazon furniture probation until further notice.
Wow. This suede top is unbelievable. I cannot believe the quality of this material. I literally want to sleep in it. I found this cute find from my girl over at @bestdressedblonde. She’s based in Sioux Falls, SD so I love following her and finding pieces I can wear through the seasons.
Again, SO SOFT, such a great fit – TTS – and this bell sleeve detail is making me want to brunch, shop the farmers market & give a work presentation all at the same time. I’m wearing a medium.
My final fun snag from my Amazon haul – this pack of velvet bow scrunchies.
Channeling my inner cheerleader on this one and loving it. Arguably one of the best fashion trends to hit this year has been the return of the scrunchie.
If you’re throwing up your hair often (babies, workouts, etc…) these are fun, adorable and I love that they won’t snag or pull at the little hair I have left after two babies in 3 years. #postpartumhairloss #recovery
Make sure you leave some love below and on my social media channels so we can connect.
I’d love to snag some more good finds for you all so if you have particular pieces or styles you’re looking for in the next few months, drop them & we’ll go shopping.
