I do two LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) workouts and one optional HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Training).

Quick, 4-circuit 20-minute HIIT workout:
30 seconds ON, 30 seconds REST – AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
- Move 1: Burpees (Start STRONG) – if this seems intimidating, watch the modifications in my story/highlights until you’re ready for the challenge
- Move 2: Toe Taps
- Move 3: Skis with touch-downs
- Move 4: Criss-cross Squats
You will repeat this circuit of moves a total of 5 times in 20 minutes.
